Tia and the team at Woburn Brasserie are committed to ensuring you enjoy your visit. We feel its important for you to feel good about what you're eating and knowing its origin. That's why we use the very best locally sourced fresh produce, much of which is provided by organic suppliers. Our coffee is provided by a fairtrade coffee company and is also organic.
Phillip Russel Smith - Head Chef
Our new head chef has grown up in Bedfordshire and has been in the industry for 11 years. He has a passion for cooking and always likes to use local produce, having created a great rapport over the years with many suppliers in the area. Phillip has a keen interest in bringing organic dishes to the Brasserie speciality menu. His previous experience has taken him from The Gate restuarant in Chorleywood and The Inn on the Lake hotel in Godalming.
Adam Andrew Smith - 2nd Chef
Adam has been cooking for 4 years and previously had the pleasure of training under the late Peter Chandler of Paris House Restuarant Woburn.
